  • Nationwide via courier for pallet deliveries
  • Pick up from our depots
  • Weekend Pick up available.

DELIVERY COSTS

Costs are calculated and displayed at the checkout and depend on the products you have ordered and delivery location.

RETURNS

We hope that you are happy with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied you may return your item in its original condition for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. Due to hygienic reasons, we cannot accept items that may have been used or opened or seal’s broken on all kegs. Good must be in the same saleable condition as they were in on delivery to you. Please contact our customer service team at info@beersupply.uk before returning any Goods. If we agree that you may return the Goods, these should be sent, postage paid to us. We will supply an address for you to send these to. The cost of returning the item is payable by the customer unless being returned due to our negligence. Please ensure the item is packaged securely and we advise that you use a recorded delivery service and retain the proof of postage as we can’t accept liability for goods that may get lost in transit. Upon receipt of the Goods, we will inspect them and if they are not in a Saleable Condition (as determined by Beer Supply Ltd acting reasonably), we will not accept the return or reimburse any amounts already paid by you. Keg returns where the cap has been breached will not be refunded. You will be responsible for providing us with the costs of redelivery to you and if you fail to do so within 5 Business Days of returning the Goods to us, we will be entitled to dispose of the Goods in any way we see fit without liability. It is not compulsory to give a reason for returning your Goods, but it would be appreciated to help us improve our services and products in the future. Any payments already made for the Goods in respect of which we have accepted the return will be reimbursed. —————————————————

AGE REQUIREMENTS

You must be of the legal drinking age in your country, province or state of residence (18 years or older in the UK) to use this site and/or purchase Products. We are not allowed by law to supply Products to you if you do not satisfy legal age requirements. If you are underage, please do not attempt to order these Products through our site and cease to use the site immediately. OUR RIGHT TO VARY THESE TERMS We amend these Terms from time to time and your continued use of the site following any changes shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change.
